Objectives:

To put into practice the RPS in Italy in its expert area: cultural area and narrative literature - To identify the suitability of the battery of activities designed to work on the improvement of resilience in students and university teaching staff - To test the design of these activities - To set up a pilot intervention.

Target group:

University students (2 per country) and teachers (1 per country) from all partner countries and people from non-partner associations in their practical phase.

Procedure:

It will be carried out over a whole year, but only 5-day interventions will be set up in each of the partner universities. The project is planned in principle for a face-to-face scenario, but due to the current situation and even the need to provide information on the effectiveness of inter-university online training at European level, as well as to play a resilient attitude and essence towards our project as what we intend to encourage, we have contemplated three scenarios: A) On-site setting: Contemplates a mobility of all partner countries for each of the RPS, a pilot experience of 5 days for teachers and students, and all countries will send the participants to the place where the RPS corresponds at that time.

Necessity and justification:

This project by the intrinsic characteristics of its priorities and objectives must be developed in person, the reasons are that we start from the fact that resilience is the ability to overcome adversity, in itself when we designed the RPS, we thought that the fact of the number of obstacles that have to overcome with respect to: - Travel: Travelling to a different country is in itself an adaptation activity, and even more so if in one course, we have to travel to 4 different countries - Adaptation to different linguistic contexts.

Evaluation:

The RPS will be evaluated in the target groups (pre and post in students and teachers); implementation process in each country and globally. The coordination of the RESUPERES alliance, the teaching staff who teach the RPS.

Strengths:

same academic calendar in all universities, flexible curricula, motivation.

Weaknesses:

different curricula.

Opportunities:

The RESUPERES LTT2 activity was organized by the University of Granada between February 27 and March 3, 2023, this C2.1. Spain "PILOT STUDY SPAIN, IF I AM FEEL, I AM BETTER”, is the first Pilot Study of the practical phase of the project. Up to 20 professional participants and students from the partner universities participated in a 5-day program that allowed them to carry out carry out an intervention proposal designed with activities in the area of Body Expression and Physical and Sports Education for Health, around the following topics:

Healthy eating and nutrition, and health habits

Personal knowledge and group dynamics

Laughter therapy and Sense of Humor. “Laughness, Training Resiliences”

Cognitive training and introspection through dance

Inclusive Dance (Vinculados Dance Company)

Flamenco dance

Mindfulness and indoor gymnastics

Cultural Heritage: Urban Gymkhana through Andalusian and Granada cultural heritage and heritage

Fitness based on Strength improvement

Traditional and alternative sports

Juggling for perseverance

The third LTT2 activity of RESUPERES, was organized by the University of Belgrade (Serbia), between April 24 and 28, 2023, this C2.3.Serbia ¡I OVERMINE, TRAINING IN RESILIENCE. “KICK THE STRESS”! is the third Pilot Study of the practical phase of the project.
